Welcome Note

Welcome to Know Our Kingdom Songs (KOKS) – a gospel music competition designed to celebrate the beauty of our kingdom songs, discover fresh talents, and raise passionate worshippers for God’s glory.

After a rigorous audition process, 22 outstanding contestants have been selected to advance into the competition.

Competition Overview

Rules & Guidelines

All contestants are expected to adhere strictly to the following rules:

1. 1. Kingdom Focus Only – Contestants must render approved kingdom songs (specifically, LoveWorld Songs).
   2. Timeliness – Contestants must show up promptly for their scheduled performance time. Lateness beyond 15 minutes may result in disqualification.
   3. Song Selection – Contestants must choose from the provided list for each round and cannot change their song once submitted.
   4. Performance Duration – Each performance should not exceed 5 minutes unless otherwise stated.
   5. No Unauthorized Backing Tracks – Accompaniment will be provided as directed by organizers; contestants may not bring unapproved background music.
   6. Stage Conduct – Contestants must maintain respectful, modest, and kingdom-appropriate presentation (dress code, lyrics, behavior).
   7. Judging Criteria – Performances will be judged based on vocal ability, stage presence, spiritual depth, creativity, and audience connection.
   8. Fair Play – No contestant should attempt to influence judges or organizers outside the competition stage.
   9. Media Consent – By participating, contestants grant Lambano TV rights to record, broadcast, and promote their performances.
   10. Disqualification Clause – Failure to comply with any of these rules may lead to immediate disqualification.

Competition Stages

The competition consists of 7 stages. Eliminations will occur at different stages until the finalists emerge.

1. 1. Round One (Stage 1)
   2. Round Two (Stage 2)
   3. Round Three (Stage 3)
   4. Quarter Finals (Stage 4)
   5. Semi-Finals (Stage 5)
   6. Finalist Showdown (Stage 6)
   7. Grand Finale (Stage 7) – Winner, Runner-Up, and Second Runner-Up will be announced!

Round One (Stage 1)

Profile Completion

All contestants must complete their profile details (bio, photo, and short testimony) before Round One.

Song Selection

Contestants must select one song from the official Round One Song List provided by the organizers. Once a choice is submitted, no changes are allowed.

Performance Day

• • Date: Friday, 12th September

• • Venue: Christ Embassy Afromedia Group Church – 30 Prince Awodokun Street, Afromedia, Ojo, Lagos.

• • Dress Code: Smart, modest, and ministry-ready attire

• • Contestants are encouraged to share official links and media posts to invite friends, family, and church members to support them.

Prizes & Recognition

• • Winner: One Million Naira (N1,000,000.00)

• • 1st Runner-Up: Five Hundred Thousand naira (N500,000.00)

• • 2nd Runner-Up: Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000.00)

• • Monetary Consolation Prizes for all who reach Finalist Showdown stage.

• • Certificates of participation will be given to all contestants.
